Durango Seat Fix

Both my front seats have some serious wiggle in them. Almost like there is a broken weld in there. If you stop or start quick the entire seat pivot. I already made sure that every thing is very tight. I have heard numerous people complain but cant find a fix? Anybody dealt with this before?
