Also the main budget build question.....  Will this take the place of my factory o2 sensor and work with the stock PCM or is this a stand alone unit that needs a new o2 bung location?

I also have asked this question! my wide band modual has a aux narrow band out/ just stub wires! in my build I just put in a new port on the exhaust and ran stock o2s as they should. though more I think about it, the new tech should be better- meaning- the aux narrow band signals might be more accurate. I asked glowshift and they had no answers and never herd of such a thing-  DAH

I 100% agree!  With today's technological advances there should be an o2 sensor that can handle narrow and wide at the same time, one for tuning and and one for the pcm.

Engine and transmission are finally in!

by yourself or with help?   I just stabbed my replacement engine in the Durango by myself, what a pain.... climb in the engine compartment. reach back, lower cherry picker an inch... nope, raise it back up... climb out, lower jack under trans pan... climb back in engine compartment....  pry here and there, lower hoist all the way, reposition chain, pump it a pump or 2 beyond taking the tension out,,,, shake engine by chains.... knock dipstick tube out of trans and listen as 2-3 quarts of ATF male a pond underneath.... climb back out, mess with jack under trans....  lots easier with a 2nd person..... mine's in now too....  left valve covers and intake off til long block was in.......

Wish you would have said something the last time you were here...

I didn't think you would have extra flexplates and pulleys for a 318.  I couldn't trust a used balancer though, I was lucky to find one very cheap.

and yesterday I found 2 more somewhere else in the attic that I forgot to look when you needed one.....

I had help.  My friend from work who lives a mile away, my son and I.  My Dad was there coaching too LOL.  I was the trans jack under the truck, I was pooped after that.
