Your truck looks good with those wheels.  That's the first time I've seen those on a 2nd gen. Ram.  Is there anything you can do to get the dust caps behind the center cap in front?

For some reason, your 3/5 drop looks lower than the Belltech 3/5 drop (mine is actually a tad less than 3"/5.25") on my truck.  I thought it was your tires, but my 275/60/17's are between your two sizes in total height.  Anyway, it looks good.

The newer dodges had a different design where the hubs didnt stick out in the front,94-01's have the hubs that sticks out unfortunately, but they look sweet as is..

The 2000's and 01's had the newer style hub assemblies that do not have a dust cap.

Hory crap!!!My bad guys, guess i sound like a village idiot at times lol,i clda swore it was 94-01's in general..

Yea I found that out the hard way when I went to put these on. Did some research and foud out about I borge late 99-01. But nothing an engine hone and hole saw can't fix. Haha. In Waco there are a few guys with the 02-05 wheels on their 2nd gen but far as I know I have been the first to do it with the 06-08s in my area.

I want to go lower to like a 5/7 drop or something. Eventually that may happen. Who knows.

And thanks guys for the compliments.

How hard is it to swap to the 2000 hub assembly on a 1998?

I'm really digging those wheels.  I bet they'd look great on my SS/T.  I've been keeping an eye out for a set for my wife's Durango for a while now.  They even make a 2nd gen. Durango look good.  Smile

Im not sure... There was supposedly more front suspension changes also in the 00's and 01's, its been so long since I worked on a 99 or earlier. I would compare the steering knuckles first to see if it will accept a 2000/01 hub assembly or spindle.

On my 01 Ram, Im using the SST rims. Im trying to modify the steering bump stop because if I turn full circle the rim grinds.

Nice ride!  Love the factory 20's except the fact that they weigh so much.
