I see that the M1 4-bbl carb intake manifolds modified for EFI are going for some very high prices now.  If a person can source their own intake manifold, HiPoTek can machine the injector bungs, two fuel rail posts, and the IAT (intake air temp) port into the plenum currently for $135 + shipping.  Indy Cylinder Heads http://www.indyheads.com/overstock.html may still have some of these intakes available.  The machined injector bung will have a proper radius to prevent shearing the injector o-rings upon installation where some others I have seen are machined with little or no radius.  You can also use the following 4-bbl to 2-bbl adapter http://stores.hi-potek.com/throttle-body-adapter-4-bbl-to-2-bbl-used-with-efi-airgap-or-m1-intake-manifold/ with it.  While the adapter can be modified for use with the stock fuel rails, the HiPoTek 8AN billet fuel rails http://stores.hi-potek.com/8an-fuel-rails/ mount to the bottom of the intake manifold for a cleaner look.

If you are interested please contact HiPoTek at Richard@hi-potek.com

I already bought 1 of these "a long while ago" from you with the adapter.  Im hoping by June I get to finally yank the motor/trans and get the machining done.  I've had my eye on your fuel rails for a long time, depending how much money I have left over I may have to get a set.

I think you bought yours when Mopar was still producing them pre-machined if I'm not mistaken. Same intake for the most part.   Thumb
If you decide on some fuel rails just let me know Chris.

People are still sending in the M1 carb version intakes for machining as they find them, or decided to get the machining done on the unit they bought a year or so ago.  I am just finishing up three of those for customers now.

IIRC you have a 52mm.  It may be fine for you but a 53mm is usually recommended for a 408.

Correct I have one of your HI-POTEK 52mm TB's, you did a great job on it.

I found a tuner with a great reputation about 40 miles away in Naperville, IL. I'll probably have the truck towed there to be tuned as I don't wanna run it 40 miles on a fresh built 408 with a tune made for my old 360.
