She want's a Chrysler PT Cruiser Turbo or Pacifica or 300.  I'd like to get your guys input before buying on one of these 3 cars.

I test drove an 07 PT Cruiser 2.4L Turbo today "91,000 miles",  I couldn't believe how fast those little cars are.  But it had a dent big enough in the right front fender that it needed to be replaced and the left front fender had battery acid burns through the paint, it also had a snapped off wheel stud. Cosmetically it wasn't worth what they were asking, even though we were $200 apart.  So I walked away.

Any issues I should know about these cars?

Thanks

I knew a few people that had them years ago and the general build quality was not very good. I'm exactly sure what years or anything.

never really messed with one but many called them "PT Losers"  I think they are kinda cool looking.... but I personally can't get past the whole FWD thing, even though I have been working on FWD's for years now. but that's me.
On a side note, I have a little car sitting here that I can't do nothing with til I get the title from the prev. owner... it is a car made by one of the "big 3" (not Mopar though) FWD, 4 banger, I have driven it a bit but is too claustrpohobic for me,  and no bed on the back. ha ha.... so once I get the title... bye bye.

Well the wife got this....

2007 2.7L "slow"

Runs and shifts good.  Doesn't leak oil and it looks good with zero rust.  Needs a couple things, small exhaust leak, heat shield rattle, ect

Nope,  I wanted a hemi but she fell in love with this one and every other car I said no to.  I wont be driving it so it doesn't matter...

I would like to make it a little faster but it will have to get in line behind my Ram.
