I haven't been on here in a long time. I still have my Ram and it is still running good!  My doors are rusting and some of the clear coat is peeling on the fender, but other than that everything is still the same.  I bought my truck in 2006 and rebuilt the engine and re-geared in 2009-2010.  This site was a lot of help in getting the truck going.  I just haven't had the funds lately to spend on the truck, but I still enjoy it!

glad to see you back among the living....

I haven't been on any forums for a really long time. Life has made it impossible for me to do anything other than just maintenance or repairs.

I still have it,  but it never leaves there garage. I always have plans to work on something then life snatches my dreams of grandeur away... stomps off them.... sets them ablaze.... then steals my lunch

I'm the same way. Something always comes up that usually costs money.
My 408 is starting to come along though, little by little.

got the trans out of the 99 Dakota, 2nd gear has started losing its grip just before it hit 3rd... bought new band and a few Sonnax (aftermarket) upgrades, no shift kit though.  put new billet front band servo in, (from A&A transmissions, only place I could find a HD servo for the "little" trans like the 42 and 44 RH/RE/   new billet aluminum accumulator, (both of tehse have 4 seal rings vs the normal 2)  HD accumulator "big" spring, and new gov pressure solenoid and sensor just because Im in there..... Screwed up the new lip seal on the rear clutch drum piston, the only place on these trannys that gives me fits....  ran it over to Mr Transmission, and watched the owner fight with it too... made me feel better that it wasn't "just me".... other times these things just drop right in like butter... you nick a seal or let it fold over on itself during install and don't catch it, you get a major do over.... if you don't catch it on the bench.

not this weekend but 2 of the previous 3 weekends went to a couple of Mopar swap meets, something I have fallen away from in recent years.... used to be I was at a car show, cruise night, swap meet, etc at least once-twice a week in years past.   Every night one of the suburbs has a cruise night sort of thing.   Probably won't be this year, with this virus crap going on

I have this week off because of it, I know I'm spending alot of it in the garage.
