99 Dakota heater box parts

Anyone have any spares laying around? I need the pin that the blend door pivots on and is the "opener/closer" for the blend door, attaches to the arm from the vac diaphragm, don't feel like pulling a whole heater box from a junkyard just to get that out

Was hoping SOMEONE would say something here, it's been a while since my post but I have been well under the weather for a couple of weeks now (not covid, I went and got tested) but worse than what my wife and son went thru and they both had it and are back to work. I'm not.
Nevermind the side story, but I had hoped that maybe my being down might buy me some time/response.
C'mon I have to get this thing back together, help!

I don't have any.  Is there a hardware store or hobby shop that has thin brass or steel dowels that you can make work?

yeah that's next step.... tested neg for covid, but I have been down with something myself......DR ("P.A.") thinks a bad upper respiratory infection, have had those before, have never been like this... I'm thinking more like walking pneumonia.

just worked my 1st day this month today and was totally exhausted/wiped out by 9:30 this morning.......

on the truck I got a 1/4" metal dowel rod and 1/8"X1/2" wide piece of flat stock, gonna combine the 2 and make something I guess..... aggravating for such a small part that I have to resort to that. truck has been apart since Turkey day partly because of what's broke and partly from me being under the weather......

ended up making what I needed.,..,... 1/4" steel dowel rod 4" long, a piece of 1/8X1/2 wide steel bar stock 1-1/2" long and the shank of a nail. welded it together and filed down what needed to be, spun the 1/4" rod in a drill press to do that/ and put  it into the vise to hand file down the flats for the actuator arm that snaps onto this hinge pin.
