It looks like around 9 inches of total lift with 38's.  The ride sucks and it vibrates like crazy cause the tires are unbalanced.  Its hard to steer and I am afraid to go over 55....lol   I love it though.  Here are some pics.

Nice truck, as far as steering goes, AGR makes some nice pumps and gear boxes, but it really shouldn't be hard to steer.  I turn 38x14.50 tires with the stock pump and box with no problem and I have dual stabilizers like you.  Check the system out.

I think I still have STOCK axles as well.  I heard thats no good with the size tires I have.  I also noticed the rear is lifted with blocks.  Oh well,  not like I am gonna take it wheelin or nothing.

I have a donation to make if you want them! A pair of honeycomb bumper grille inserts( the fogs are left open) to match the stock grille. Just pay the postage. They are very light , shouldn't be more than $10! Let me know.
